These terms and conditions of contract govern your use of our services.

Your acceptance & agreement upon a quote confirms your acceptance of these terms.
All work carried out by "Humbles Tree Services" is covered by Public Liability Insurance of £5,000,000 for damage to persons or property that may result in the application of our work carried out.
"Humbles Tree Services" agrees to carry out work in a safe & competent manner according to BS3998:2010 (British Standards Institution) and in compliance to the specification and quotations contained in written quotes.
RECYCLING - ENVIRONMENTAL
Health and Safety Policy Statement in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
Humbles Tree Services currently recycle 95% of our waste and aim to increase this up to 100%, we strive to run as a sustainable business and recycle through all aspects of our work.
Contracts are accepted on the condition of payment of the full invoice amount within 15 days from date of invoice.
V.A.T will be charged (where applicable) at the current UK rate.
Any amendments to an agreed contract must be made in writing within reasonable time.
The site conditions existing at the time of the formation of the quote must remain unchanged until the commencement of works otherwise "Humbles Tree Services" reserves the right to adjust or re-quote respectively.
The owner (or agent) of the land/property to be worked upon has to ensure that a plan showing the exact location of underground pipes, wires, cables or services has been forwarded to “Humbles Tree Services” before the forming of a contract otherwise “Humbles Tree Services” shall be under no liability for the damage caused resulting there from as a result of any works carried out.
POWER LINE OR TELEPHONE CABLE REMOVAL
Unless otherwise stated in writing with "Humbles Tree Services", any cost for the removal of power lines or telephone cables is to be the responsibility of the owner for any land/property to be worked upon.
All quotations for felling trees are based upon the information given beforehand. In the event of a tree being impossible to fell in the normal way due to obstructions such as stone, metal or other hidden obstructions then "Humbles Tree Services" reserves the right to re-quote respectively.
It shall be the owners responsibility for the investigation of Private Covenants and no liability shall adhere to "Humbles Tree Services" for any breach thereof.
COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
Adverse weather conditions, strikes, lock-outs, war and civil commotion, or the lack of appropriately skilled labour due to causes beyond our control can effect completion dates and the original agreed contract which subsequently we hold the right to change the contract in whole, part, or by way of cancellation in such circumstances, “Humbles Tree Services” will not be liable in damages arising from such actions.
EXPIRY OF QUOTATION
"Humbles Tree Services" reserves the right to withdraw quotes and re-quote for work three months after the submission of the initial agreed quotation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unless agreed differently in writing, any complaints which may derive from work performed under any of "Humbles Tree Services" agreed contracts must be made within seven days from the date of invoice.
TPO's AND CONSERVATION AREAS
If trees, which are required to be worked upon within the agreed contract, are in a Conservation Area or subject to a TPO (Tree Preservation Order) then "Humbles Tree Services" will seek to obtain the necessary permission to carry out works from the relevant authorities.
The removal of tree stumps is to approximately 6 inches below ground level but does not include the removal of lateral roots or stump chipping's unless otherwise specified.
